Nhằm chủ động phòng, chống các bệnh truyền nhiễm do muỗi gây ra, đặc biệt là bệnh sốt xuất huyết, Trường Tiểu học Yên Hoà luôn quan tâm, chú trọng công tác vệ sinh môi trường, giữ gìn cảnh quan trường học xanh – sạch – đẹp, góp phần bảo vệ sức khỏe và đảm bảo môi trường học tập an toàn cho cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên và học sinh.

Thực hiện kế hoạch phòng, chống dịch bệnh trong trường học, nhà trường đã tổ chức phun thuốc diệt muỗi định kỳ tại các khu vực trong khuôn viên trường. Hoạt động được triển khai tại các phòng học, phòng chức năng, hành lang, sân trường và những vị trí có nguy cơ phát sinh muỗi, nhằm hạn chế sự sinh sôi, phát triển của muỗi, góp phần phòng ngừa các bệnh truyền nhiễm.

Để đảm bảo hiệu quả và an toàn, nhà trường phối hợp với đơn vị chuyên môn thực hiện phun thuốc theo đúng quy trình, sử dụng hóa chất được phép lưu hành và tuân thủ các hướng dẫn về an toàn y tế. Thời gian phun thuốc được bố trí phù hợp, không làm ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động dạy và học. Sau khi phun, các khu vực được vệ sinh, thông thoáng và chỉ đưa vào sử dụng khi đáp ứng các điều kiện an toàn theo hướng dẫn chuyên môn.

Song song với hoạt động phun thuốc diệt muỗi, nhà trường tiếp tục đẩy mạnh công tác tuyên truyền, nâng cao ý thức phòng, chống dịch bệnh cho cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên và học sinh. Mỗi thành viên được khuyến khích thực hiện những việc làm thiết thực như: giữ gìn vệ sinh lớp học và khuôn viên trường; không để nước đọng trong các vật dụng; thường xuyên kiểm tra, loại bỏ các vật dụng có nguy cơ trở thành nơi sinh sản của muỗi; chủ động thực hiện các biện pháp bảo vệ sức khỏe bản thân và gia đình.

Với phương châm “Chủ động phòng bệnh – Bảo vệ sức khỏe – Vì môi trường học đường an toàn”, Trường Tiểu học Yên Hoà sẽ tiếp tục duy trì các hoạt động vệ sinh môi trường, diệt muỗi, diệt lăng quăng (bọ gậy) và chủ động phòng, chống các dịch bệnh theo mùa.

With the aim of preventing mosquito-borne diseases, particularly dengue fever, Yen Hoa Primary School places great emphasis on environmental hygiene and maintaining a clean, green and healthy school environment. These efforts help protect the health of pupils, teachers and staff while ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment for all.

As part of the school's disease prevention and control plan, regular mosquito control treatments have been carried out across the school premises. These include classrooms, specialist rooms, corridors, the school playground and other areas where mosquitoes may breed. This proactive measure helps reduce mosquito populations and minimise the risk of mosquito-borne diseases.

To ensure both effectiveness and safety, the school works closely with professional service providers to carry out the treatments in accordance with established procedures, using approved chemicals and following relevant health and safety guidelines. The treatments are carefully scheduled to avoid disruption to teaching and learning. Afterwards, all treated areas are cleaned and thoroughly ventilated, and are only reopened for use once the required safety conditions have been met.

Along with mosquito control measures, the school continues to raise awareness of disease prevention among teachers, staff and pupils. Everyone is encouraged to take practical steps, including keeping classrooms and school grounds clean, avoiding stagnant water in containers, regularly checking and removing potential mosquito breeding sites, and taking appropriate measures to protect their own health and that of their families.
